Shipping policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
* Refunds (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been authorised or refused. If authorised, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Refunds delayed or not received (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time for the refund to officially appear. Then contact your bank. Often, the refund is accompanied by a processing time. Discounted or promotional items (if applicable) Only full-price items are refunded. Unfortunately, discounted or promotional items are not refundable.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equal to the value of the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to be delivered to you at a later date, we will refund the person and they will know that you have returned their gift. The cost of returning your item is at your expense. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning your item will be deducted.
Depending on your place of residence, the delivery time of your exchanged item may vary.
If you are sending an item with a value of more than $1365(75euros), we recommend that you use trackable shipping or insure your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
